Been to many different dealerships to have my autos serviced. Ofallon has the BEST People for checking in for service. They are super nice, polite. helpful. and treat you like a Valued customer. Had questions that they answerrd very professionally in a manner that I could understand. They even washed my vechile for me. When people ask me where I got my beautiful Acadia I proudly tell them O Fallon Buick and GMC and how to get there.

Worked with Chris Cayse. Communication was straight forward - no BS. Was able to do lost everything online. Upon arriving at dealership, did final test drive, was only presented F&I options (no pressure or incidental add-ons), signed paperwork and on our way in about an hour.
Only downside was that the floor liners had not yet arrived, but have commitment for that to be completed.
